‘As Co-Founder and CEO of Caira Surgical, and a key leader behind OrthoLuma, Jon is helping pioneer next-generation optical tracking and intelligent surgical navigation technologies designed to improve the speed, accuracy, and accessibility of robotic joint replacement surgery worldwide.

Prior to Caira, Jon held senior leadership roles across leading orthopaedic technology companies including ORTHOSENSOR, 4WEB Medical, Wright Medical, and Johnson & Johnson, spanning business development, product strategy, commercialisation, and global market expansion. He is widely recognised for his ability to bridge breakthrough surgical technologies with practical clinical workflows, helping bring innovative solutions from concept through to real-world adoption.
